Michelle and Colin made the whole process so easy. They both had the perfect combination of sympathy, empathy and humour. They let us have the funeral we wanted for our relative. Can’t thank Colin and Michelle enough for everything they did for us.Everything was taken care of and Colin and Michelle thought of everything - even things we hadn’t! They picked up on even the littlest details, and really went above and beyond for us.Both Colin and Michelle treated us all with such care and empathy, but they also gave us a bit of a well needed laugh!They really made what we thought would be ‘the difficult part’ very very easy, which meant we could focus on taking care of each other.Massive thank you from the whole family.
