Update 27/10/2017 had to call up 4 times because they kept hanging up on me. I was only calling because their card machine was broken and I needed to pay them. Adjusting rating down from 2 stars.Don't bother turning up early like I did, they will just make your wait 25 minutes anyway. Less than ideal when they have already cancelled your appointment that week and you have to take your child to nursery school.

Great service. My dentist was excellent. Really put me at ease for a tooth extraction. Pulled out all the stops to get me treated before my holiday.

Takes forever to get hold of them to make an appointment. When you do eventually speak to them, they can only offer appointments months away. Insist that you need 45 minutes for an adult and 2 small children to be seen when we a have never been in the room for longer than 15. If there were any other NHS dentists within a thirty mile radius I would change practice in a heartbeat.

The Dentist, himself is actually great. But the service by the rest of the staff is appalling. They never seem to answer the phone, always put on hold. They advertise that they are open until 8pm on certain days. I've been number 1" in the call que for 30 minutes now and still no answer. I eventually gave up. This has happened even when i have called during 9-5."

My dentist is brilliant he sees me and my two kids and very good with them.However the receptionists are painful rude and ignorant!! Take forever to get an appointment because they never answer the phone!!
