Bought a Mini Countryman from Terry and have to say he was great right the way through.It was found that the bonnet release cable was broken. A new one was fitted then put through MOT.The car failed initially due to a snapped rear coil spring and front brakes. The car had been stood for a while but these were replaced and the car re-MOTd.It passed and then it was fully valeted before I collected it.It was my intention to have the Countryman remapped but a code read found a fault with the EGR and DPF, none of which can be blamed on the Company.Anyway, Terry has booked it straight back in for repair, rather than mess about with a blown DPF, I've asked for it to be deleted as it allows the remap to work better.I totally recommend the guys for their prompt attention and it has been a pleasure to deal with them.

Bought a Zafira and very happy with my purchase. Friendly, efficient service with a personal touch. Travelled from Newcastle by train, David picked me up at the station in my car and Terry was standing by with the paperwork when we arrived at the office. All sorted and on the road within 15 minutes. Would recommend.

Bought a car from you there wasn't enough MOT on it. The car was sent for a re-test but it failed. At considerable expense to Brownlow Cars, it passed with a clear MOT and no advisories. The car was very clean inside and out, is very tidy for its age and it was a brillant purchase. We definitely recommend them, the service was excellent.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Terry and the team at Brownlows Cars.Not only was I out of the country at the time for a substantial amount of time, but I had also scrolled through at least 100 vehicles before coming across the one I selected, I wish I’d have connected them sooner.Everything was as promised and even when spotting a minor oversight in a slight bit of interior damage, the part was ordered and paid for immediately. Again, an oversight is all and nothing to reflect on the level of service and quality I received.Not only this, I travelled quite a distance via the rail service which then terminated the lines at York… (good ole rail service) leaving me just 20 mins to get to the garage via cab and 60mins away. The garage we absolutely amazing and even stayed open an extra hour for me to arrive.A service is very much doubt would be matched, especially when Terry was feeling unwell and it was a Sunday!Excellent - thank you.
