Brought our little boy in today for his first shoes. Girl upstairs was so helpful, she measured his feet and was really good with him. Nothing was too much bother. Met new manager on the way out (downstairs) She was lovely, made sure we had a great experience and had a quick chat. Honestly not somewhere I'd usually of went but ill definitely be back, staff were soo friendly, shoes were well priced and seem really comfy for him.

Despite being really busy due to back to school fittings, the staff here were lovely and pleasant. The staff member helping me and my boy was an absolute dream; taking time with him and really listening to his chat. For the fitting experience alone I would always use Clarks.

My husband & I were very impressed with how Olivia helped us pick crawlers for our son. This was the first time our son had his feet measured and she was so lovely. We chose lovely crawlers & my son loves them! Brilliant service!

Friendly and helpful staff. Not much left in sale though. Good reductions. Nice selection for new season. Can be pricey but good quality shoes.

We've come here twice for shoe fittings for our son and very happy with shoes and service. The staff have been wonderful with him- even the time we came as an emergency 10 minutes before closing!
