I just bought a new boiler from Causeway. Their service and work quality both amazing. My old boiler has been down last Sunday. I ring Causeway and they arrange an engineer came to vist my home on next day then arrange to install a new boiler for me the next day. They are really efficient.The installment progess are professional and detailed. They help me change all the tubes and fixed the problem that they find about safety for free. I am really appreciate and happy to meet them in Warrington. A Lovely place , a lovely company and lovely people. Thank you very much.

Can't praise Kim and Ben highly enough!Kim went over & above to book an appointment at a time I could attend to support my newly widowed mother. She also rang during the week to ensure the appointment would go smoothly.Ben, as always, was fantastic. In addition to carrying out the planned service & radiator repair, he also found and fixed a small gas leak. For over 30 years, a succession of engineers have told us there was no leak, even though we could smell gas. Ben identified, then resolved the problem in a matter of minutes.Thank you so much, Kim & Ben.

our boiler started leaking water between Christmas and new year. rang and spoke to Ray who came out to check it over. Explained everything that was going on with the boiler and we needed a new one. I really appreciated Ray's honesty when he came to check it out. Ordered a new boiler and it was being fitted the week after. Lads turned up first thing in the morning very professional and got straight on with the work. Very polite and the work was very tidy. they took time to explain the boiler settings to me. All round great experience with Ray and the team who fitted it. would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic service received from Ray at Causeway Heating. My boiler was leaking and following day broke down. Part was ordered and boiler serviced and repaired the day the part arrived. Very responsive and caring customer service! Highly recommended.
