New Look
Visited the Redhill store today and wow has it gone downhill. Changing rooms were gross.. hair, dirty tissues and hangers on the floor, smudges on the walls. The whole shop floor was filthy too. Shame as it has potential.

Horrible staff. A lady tried an item and staff sorrounded her saying she has to buy that, she was saying it's a defect piece and she will buy something else on exchange. They didn't allow for that as well and forced her to buy the defect piece.The worst part is, they were giving hifi at the end thinking that they achieved something, but the reality is they lost few customers with their behaviour.

I quite like their 2 tshirts for £12. Twice now i have been in to purchase this offer & both times they have tried to over charge me. I had to physically show them their own offers & prices. Customer service & massive lack of sizes is so poor in this shop. Really gone downhill.

I was assisted by Pricilla today. A lovely, helpful and polite young lady who immediately stopped what she was doing to come and assist me. Great customer service!

I went in at about 3.30 pm today. The staff members were all shouting and laughing at the back of the store..no staff were at the till. I have being hoping that New Look would improve as it used to be such a good shop, however it now resembles a cheap market style shop with too much empty floor space and looks very unappealing. I'm not sure who decided to run the stores this way but it's a very poor decision. I picked up some leggings I wanted but put them back as I couldn't be bothered to try and get anyones attention to pay, and left empty handed. Wont return in a hurry.

Extremely terrible customer service.Staff not trainned properly.I spoke to the supervisor today as I was charged without purchasing the product. The supervisor tried to defend their mistake saying it is a human error and never apologies for the incident.Not only that she refused to give her name and store number to make a complaint.

Needed to do online returns in-store. The girl behind the desk (I didn't catch her name) was so helpful and took me through the process step by step. She even let me use her phone to complete the transaction because mine had no reception.

Great staff. First time in here since lockdown, I had a code via email, that wasn't working, the young girl behind the till managed to do it manually as told by her manager. Very calm and professionally done

This is the worst shop that I have ever seen , Pathetic behavior from staff and they don't have any ethics. Just because I tried an item, they forced me to buy, though it is a defect piece and didn't allow me to exchange with another item as well.

Very rude Staff! I went to try a few clothing items on that I had picked up. The changing rooms didn’t have any sign saying they were closed. As soon as I tried the first top on a lady told me to “get out!” In a very rude manner claiming there were closed due to the store closing soon. However, there was still at least 45 minutes before they closed…. After this the staff kept following me around the store giving dirty looks during my shopping experience. Not to mention, on top of all of this there was no please and thank you at the till, they simply just stated the price . will not be coming here again.
