Nice location with standard McDonald’s food.When I ordered, the food was ready to collect in minutes which was very impressive.The wireless chargers provided were also very useful.

I had my Christmas party in McDonald hotel in Windsor. Very nice and helpful staff food was excellent. Bar is very nice and is on the top location in Windsor.highly recommended.

Well, I think I've finished being sick, I've tried to find a way to officially complain as standards are clearly low looking at other reviews, but can't find any way to submit one, this seems to be all I've got. We visited just yesterday, only myself and my daughter got burgers, my daughter was sick last night upon arriving home and myself in the middle of the night after four hours of broken sleep.One plus was the service was helpful and fast, which you'd expect for a McDonald's. If you're not unlucky like we were, you'd probably have a standard McDonald's experience.The atmosphere I've put as a two as some awful teenage girl was swearing loudly around us and generally had an awful attitude, shouting at her friends etc, not McDonald's fault really, but the general clientele that it attracts.My advice, go somewhere else.

I ordered a breakfast meal online on Sunday 1st October. I had completely forgotten to order a banana milkshake. When I called them at their branch, they were most accommodating. The guy who I spoke to, was very helpful and didn’t hesitate in helping me. Thank you very much!

Was served by a chubby blonde worker, seemed new, looked horrible to be around as seen in her coworkers faces, could see tension and an uncomfortable atmosphere. She was very rude and talked in an unprofessional manner when asking for my order and shoved the bag into my hand aggressively when i went to collect it. She made me feel very uncomfortable and single handedly ruined my experience here otherwise perfectly fine place. Clearly they don’t care who they hire these days.

First, our order missed some items (2 dips and mozzarella sticks). The manager Srimal, after realizing their mistake, approached us to…. Ask us a favor!!! Well the favor was to kindly ask us to give him a 5-star review ;). He stayed just behind our backs for 10 minutes while eating, and he didn’t go until we completed the 10-min survey. His attitude was quite unprofessional, forcing customers to fill in surveys while still eating and giving him the top marks. Again, until we hadn’t finish the survey, he didn’t go.One more tip: when we marked the service with 4/5, he touched my phone to go back and correct our “mistake” - actually, we were supposed to select 5/5.

I’ve been here twice, and when it seemed like this McDonald’s couldn’t get worse, it did. The first time was not so bad. The food was average, the staff were friendly. However, when we asked for the Wi-Fi passcode, they provided us with a handful of milk packets. We returned today, multiple years later, for our second and final time. Everything seemed normal, but the automated machine wouldn’t print our receipt. When we received our food, the hotcakes were overcooked and the Egg McMuffin with Sausage was lacking sausage. Eventually, our order was fixed. Our stomachs may have been full, but our hearts were not. The statues in the restaurant were cool, and the staff were friendly, but that was not enough to save the restaurant. The nearby Krispy Kreme is a much better option. We will not be returning until improvements are made, so be wary.

I enjoyed a cup of fresh coffee served by friendly staff at McDonald's in front of Windsor Castle. The restrooms were clean, but the main drawback was that they required a code to use. Furthermore, I had trouble charging my phone because the wireless charging function was not available at any of the tables. Overall, I had a good experience, and I definitely recommend going by for a coffee if you happen to be visiting Windsor Castle.
