I have just bought a stunning example of a Vectra VXR from Jamie at JCB Automotive. The customer service that Jamie gives is second to none, literally. It is the best service I have ever received. From the first message/phone call through til after I had taken the car I haven't felt more comfortable. He is very friendly, very knowledgeable and genuine. As I was travelling from Scotland, he took the time to send me a five minute video going round the car to make sure that I wouldn't be going for nothing. Even pointing out a couple of imperfections in the process!! He said it needed a driver's window switch, so he has sent one up for me to replace it. If I wasn't comfortable doing so then he would pay a garage. Who would do that nowadays!! Unfortunately I didn't meet Jamie face to face but I dealt with his business partner Marc, who's customer service is fantastic. They instantly make you feel at home. If I was to change to another car then I wouldn't have any hesitation to ask Jamie to help. For me personally it was definitely worth over 600 mile round trip and I would do it again and again. Thank you Jamie and Marc!!

I would without question recommend JCB Automotive, the car I bought was immaculate. Jamie took care of everything and made the whole process seamless. Its important to have confidence when buying a second hand car, the after sales care is second to none. I had a few minor issue a few months after purchasing the car which Jamie sorted immediately. Sadly in this day and age you don't fine customer service like this anymore. Thank you Jamie and JCB Automotive.

JCB Automotive is by far the best Garage I have ever dealt with. I purchased a BMW 335d from Jamie at JCB and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the start. I would highly recommend JCB if you are looking at purchasing a new car

Truly amazing I purchased a car from Jamie couple of months ago and it came with basic RAC warranty which included recovery just to get you clear of the road. Yesterday evening the idler pulley on my C 60 3AMG gave up the ghost and left me stranded between Northampton and Kettering. I thought I had recovery cover with GEM turned out I didn’t I rang Jamie to get the RAC details and instead of leaving me to the perils that the RAC may have inflicted Jamie came out with a trailer collected the car lent me a cracking BMW estate as a loan vehicle took my car back to his workshop fixed it and I picked it up the next day no charge. It is so unusual in this day and age to get customer service of this level I can thoroughly recommend JCB automotive to anyone looking for a quality used performance car and after sales back up.

I bought a lovely S Line Audi TT from Jamie recently and just want to say what a great experience it was. I live a long way from his site but after speaking to him and being sent an in depth video which pointed out the minor marks l felt the journey would be worthwhile. The car was exactly as described and Jamie was excellent to deal with. A couple of issues came up later with the car and l was told to book it in to a garage of my choice and the repairs were covered by the warranty, the whole process was taken care of by Jamie. Excellent service and would recommend without hesitation, Thanks Jamie.....

I part exchanged a BMW 530D here back in November 2017 when Jamie’s company was called Bourne Brook LTD.I posted the V5 document to Jamie but he never sent it away. So I am still, 2 years later receiving speeding fines and parking tickets. Now all sorted with the DVLA and all the offences etc are cleared from my name

Brilliant Seller!Purchased a 2015 Ford Focus ST for a competitive price with no problems from first contact throughout!Jamie met me on a bank holiday to show me round the car and was helpful throughout.I also sold my previous car which was on PCP for a competitive price to him.The car itself is mechanically sound with no issues and has ran perfectly since purchase.Definitely recommend.A car salesman that is trustworthy and reliable as businesses should be!
