4 months in as Ops Manager, I can say whole heartedly that it’s one of (if not) the best company I have ever worked for.Welcoming, friendly, supportive, with a fantastic work culture.The entire team are passionate and committed to providing outstanding IT support to all our customers, which makes my job so much easier.I get regular praise and excellent feedback from customers about our staff.Eitex, for me, is a company worth investing in and so far may even be my final workplace on my career path.

I would highly recommend Eitex for any SME that requires professional I.T. support delivered with great customer service.They have never failed to do a great job for us including fixing all sorts of I.T issues, projects (SharePoint, Teams Voice etc) and sourcing & setting up equipment.I just wish I had started using them long before I did!

Eitex were the I.T provider where I was working in an SME, they are super efficient and very professional and their customer service is second to none. They facilitated what turned out to be a complex office move of 87 staff with absolute ease. A great team.I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

Attended a webinar on MS Teams Phone with Eitex. Very well explained and presented, no hard sell or scare tactics, just what the system did or did not do. Questions were very well dealt with.Have used services from Eitex previously before, would not hesitate to recommend them.

This company is corrupt. I have traded with them for just over a year, they provided me with defective ICT equipment from their own partner Dell, which deemed me not a customer so I could not get the devices changed or refunded. The company director of Eitex Dean Spencer has disallowed me access to my own company domain, locked me out of the company email, and demanded money that is not due. This company is an absolute fraud. Please take due care before trading with them as its all about money not about customer service. The below is a bold lie no money is owed to this company. Their corrupt and will trick you into a contract by sending a renewal of contract to an email they know you have no use off.

We have been using Eitex for our IT support now for over a year and the service has always been fantastic - with a knowledgeable team and quick first line support desk they are a great partner for our IT without us having to worry about managing this internally - invaluable for an SME
