We used Basingstoke Rubbish clearance on Friday. This is the third time we've used them ad they did a brilliant job, as always! Billy is really quick to respond and arrange a collection time, the team always arrive during the time slot that we've booked and are friendly and efficient. NO SHOW. Arrived to provide a quote as scheduled, but didn't have the right equipment to do the removal on the day so had to reschedule. Didn't show up to the rescheduled appointment and didn't return my calls or message.
