Vufold Bifold Doors, Sliders & Windows

So far I have been very pleased with ordering our bifold doors. Communication regarding the delivery and the delivery itself was exceptionally good. Looking forward to getting the door installed now. I know they'll be good quality as my parents have recently had some fitted in their new extension.

Product itself (oak 5 door sliding) has been brilliant.Aftercare even better. 10 year old doors needed tweaking and they walked me through the adjustments with a video etc. Many thanks

I bought my Vufold doors 5 years ago and continue to be very satisfied with the quality, operation and appearance of them. I recently had a problem with the Thomas Sanderson blinds supplied with them. Despite being covered by a 5 yr guarantee Thomas Sanderson failed to respond positively to my efforts to get them to meet their obligations. I spoke to Cheryl at Vufold to ask if they could help and was very pleased when she was able to not only supply the needed replacement parts but also video and written instructions on how to effect the repair. Superb service from Vufold!

Wonderful doors and excellent service. They even work better and look better than I had hoped. One small problem I had was attended to very promptly by Vufold aftercare team. You won't find better doors!! We are delighted.PS. One suggestion - the installation kit had everything but packers and I bought a 100 multisize pack of these from Amazon for just under £6. It would be nice if Vufold included these in future.

I purchased the Elite bifold 1800mm 4 days ago. From start to finish my dealings with this company was second to none as they. All my concerns promptly addressed in both sales and after sales and delivery was spot on, just in time. When the carpenters came to install the doors they crumbled about the unexpected many bits to install, and having to put the frame together, however in the end they sang praises about quality of the doors and even asked for the Vufold's website link which I had already sent them prior to them doing the job. I am pleased with the outcome especially since I did everything via internet not having the opportunity to visit a show room. The promotion videos were very good. Just one draw back, given the importance of ventilation in these well insulated doors I think the trickle vents should come preinstalled as standard.

We visited the showroom in Macclesfield, to view the bi-folding doors and were immediately impressed with the quality, excellent design and engineering of the doors. The next day we placed an order for the 1.8m Finesse doors, which arrived 3 working days later. It was easy to install with clear instructions and online video. A quality kit of drills and screw bits etc were also provided. The fitted doors look amazing. We highly recommend Vufold for their excellent quality, service and value for money.Have enclosed photos of finished project.

Bought some bifold doors about 6 years ago, on understanding they were on a 10 year warranty. They started deteriorating quite badly after 2-3 years. I stupidly hadn’t read on their warranty you need to buy a lot of their products to stop them from rotting. Make sure you read warranty info and pay attention to the doors they won’t last otherwise.

Not the cheapest but all good quality parts and everything fitted. I installed the doors myself and having taken my time and followed the instructions barely any adjustment was required. It's certainly worthwhile taking time over the prep. My wife and I are delighted with the outcome.

Shane was wonderful with his advice in answering queries before we ordered as well as ordering our new doors.
