I sent this to my in laws house as a surprise and they absolutely loved it. The flowers are not boxed up thankfully! A lovely delivery persons will knock at the door and deliver to lucky recipient. Will deffo be using this company again.

Received a bouquet for Valentines Day, unfortunately nothing like they used to be and certainly not worth the cost. Filled out with greenary and the roses were already in full bloom and slightly brown on the petals. Don't think they will have a long life span. Disappointing.

No email address provided on website so contacted through 'contact us' page. Took days for a reply to which they responded saying please send pictures. I did so immediatly and 2 weeks later I received an email saying my mail had gone into spam folder... seriously this is not how to treat potential customers. Poor customer service and a loss of substantial wedding flower order.
