Customer service is their number one priority!When I first got in touch with House of Stoves I wasn’t sure what to expect, their shop is so gorgeous I was worried they would be out of our price range but I was so wrong!From start to finish the service was amazing, they were so accommodating and took me through the process step by step to make sure I was 100% happy.The multi fuel burner they installed has changed our life, this time last year our home was so cold and we we’re terrified to put the heating on, now we have a warm toasty home with a beautiful focal point! Delighted is an understatement.Pics below are before and after House of Stoves worked their magic!

Good choice of fires and surrounds. Prompt service and installation was quick. The installers arrived when they said they would and were friendly and efficient. Cleaned up well once the installation was complete. I am very happy with my fire from House of Stoves.

From the offset, professional, informative, no pressure, helpful and knowledgeable. Elissa was a pleasure to work with, they provided a great service, kept us up to date re fitting, did everything they said they would when they said they would. Fitters were prompt, professional and nice blokes, very skilled and fitted our flue in an area a local bloke said couldn’t be done. For no reason other than he wasn’t skilled enough, these guys were!! Absolutely love our stove and can’t wait to use it. Thank you to Elissa and her team. Highly recommended.

We are so happy with our new stove from House of Stoves, from start to finish Elissa couldn’t of helped us any more, I won’t lie I was slightly apprehensive about the installation but Ross from Milson’s worked very tidily and efficiently, (the room was empty) he kept dust to a minimum, his work was impeccable.We will be using their services again, and would definitely recommend!Thank you!Helen C.

Elissa is amazing at what she does!!! She guided us through the entire process, answered my endless questions. We had an insert tiled by her team and we are beyond thrilled with it. Jordan & Max came yesterday and fitted our stove. Lovely lads, cleaned up and gave me a detailed explanation of how to use our beautiful stove. Highly recommend this company their showroom is beautiful too you must call in xxx Tammy & James xxx

Our old open fire produced little heat and we opted to convert to a log burning stove. So glad we found House of Stoves in Brigg as we have a very old house which has been altered several times and we were a tad anxious about things falling down if not done properly. Elissa came to have a look and then showed us options in the fantastic new showroom in Brigg. Ross, and the guys from Milson Services have been fantastic with advice and the fitting. A really tidy and efficient service and nothing was too much trouble. We opted for a tiled back and slate base and they really look beautiful with such a nice stove. Can't thank them enough for a quality job from start to finish and proper communication along the way. Would highly recommend and what a great addition to Brigg the shop is.

Removed woodburning stove and installed a chimney liner, reinstalled to present regulations. Myself and property trennents very happy with the Shop contact and contractors used. Would advise their services to anyone seeking similar work.
