Terrible experience Been times before and still no improvement between always making the drinks wrong to the staff being rude this is not the “make every moment right”,”smile” this picture is the recent purchase and this isn’t even a substantial cappuccino or flat white let alone a latte it is laughable

Bought a coffee and hot chocolate. Both were weak. Complained about both. They added more to make them stronger. Hot Chocolate ok but coffee very bitter. Poor quality

Been here a few times, place is always filthy dirty, your an inconvenience to the staff, always look at you as if you have just disturbed them. Expensive coffee with bad attitude from staff, I’ll pass tried it in there enough times never changes

Im so disappointed, if I knew how long I would have to wait for coffee I wouldn’t order it. 20 min of waiting and I had to go inside and ask for it…

The place looked like it could do with a good clean, tables left after customers had left, no one cleaning tables, i complained about alot of hair all over one seat and the floor, we had to move, member of staff said thank you, no one came to look at it or clean it up, i had to stop another customer from sitting there, she freaked when she saw it, 15 mins later and still no one has come to clean it up, not very impressed at all, wish i could add the picture i took.

Great coffee, there are many seats to choose from. The service is always good here. However, it can get quite busy, and there is a queue for coffee, which can take up to 10 minutes to get a coffee. The only downside is that Starbucks is on the high street.

Came in for a refreshment in the hot weather. Tried the new Iced Blonde Brown Sugar Oat Milk latte, which was absolutely delightful! Easily my new favourite drink, and will get this every time. We sat outside in the sunshine and enjoyed our drinks. Lovely setting, will return!
