Miserable staff. A number of pumps are always out of service causing massive queues and blockages on the main road. Long queues inside add to this as people have to wait to pay.

Very poor, weekly locks on pumps when they are not working causing huge queues on the main road, never any gloves or hand towels as the pump handles are filthy! ALWAYS queues at the checkouts with staff paying no interest to how many people are waiting, they just continue stacking shelves etc. Some staff are really nice but most are MISERABLE!! The security guard is always friendly!

Never any gloves to use to fill car with deisal . Costa coffee machine is never ready in the mornings . Will use morrisons instead

Absolutley the worst garage i have ever used. Always a massive que and then they close the full forecourt just for a delivery wagon to get in. Today because of a bit of snow after being open 3hrs they deciding to close forcourt again even though no further snow fell. Then the staff winging about people still trying to get in. Absolute madness. All the woman on the desk says is least might get me cup of tea now!" Absolutley shite!!!"

It's a good little convenience store, ideal to grab that last ingredient that you forgot. Fresh fruit & veg is available as are fresh Bakery products.Not a huge range, but definitely enough for a local store.

Pumps and pay at pumps never working. Illuminated petrol prices haven't been advertised in months. Always queues backing onto kenton Lane causing alot of traffic issues. Keep driving up kenton lane and you will come to a sainsburys garage right at the top.
