Harbour Hotel Southampton
We had a one night stay here before going on a cruise. The reception area is bright,clean and spacious. We did struggle with the key card which did not appear to work to access the corridor our room was on.The room was pleasant. Not overly big but the bathroom was lovely with a huge shower.We had a great view overlooking the harbour.We had free transfers to the cruise terminal and our only hiccup was being taken to the wrong ship and having to walk in the heat to the correct one.

I wanted to share our experience. We checked in for a one night stay for my Birthday (4th Nov). After a little shaky start when we first arrived around a drinks reservation in the bar, things just got better and better. Mel was the lady on the front desk that made our stay complete. From understanding our issue, resolving it quickly to arranging complimentary Prosecco, Mel was amazing when providing second-to-none customer service! The Jetty restaurant outside ‘POD’ dining experience was fantastic! Thanks to Mel and the entire team for making our stay, a birthday to remember!

We stayed one night before joining a cruise leaving from Southampton - and is a perfect location for that.The hotel is very modern, light and beautifully decorated and furnished.Overlooking the marina, our room was really lovely, but what really sets this hotel apart is the service which really is outstanding - everyone is super helpful and very friendlyWe also had dinner in the Jetty restaurant which was excellent and breakfast which is served on the 6th floor overlooking the harbour was great.It’s not the cheapest hotel in Southampton but it is truly excellent - highly recommended !

Had a Sunday roast at 3 30pm no beef only pork should have been trio of pork but no served up one dried up pork with 6 dried up roast potatoes and the same with the veg, what a shame as we have eaten there before and its been amazing. May have lost our confidence in booking again.

Our second stay at the hotel.We enjoyed swimming pool, sauna and steam room.Great room with a nice view.Good breakfast served. It's definitely worth the money. I will be back!

Stayed here 1 night before our anniversary cruise. Got upgraded to a suite free of charge. Restaurant was excellent as was the transfer to an from the cruise terminal. We rang the hotel for the transfer back and the executive mini bus was there on 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend if your cruising.

Wonderful experience. And I am a fussy traveller!Checkin was busy but the team handled it with smiles and efficiency!I stayed in a beautiful studio with double balcony - lots of space, wonderful views.The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Especially at breakfast when I was fussy about how I wanted it - it was perfection.I enjoyed a relaxing hour in the spa which is included in the room rate and definitely worth a visit.It was a brief stay to recharge and relax. And I’ll definitely be back.Big congrats to you and your team. Great job.

My husband and I went to the hotel recently to meet friends for coffee. Very pleasant, though the coffee could have been hotter. We stayed for lunch which was delicious. The staff were obliging and friendly. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the doors open to a patio as it was a pleasant day.We returned in the evening for dinner with family. The meal was again delicious. We have jot stayed Sr the hotel overnight so cannot vouch for the bedrooms. However I would stay there if we returned to Southampton.
