Asda Livingston Supercentre

Rude staff and having the self check out for trolleys does not work. Apparently we put too many bags on to start with... Well you need a few for a full trolley and the lady on the check outs was just rude and smirked at us. It took way longer than queuing and waiting at a normal check out. We will be going back to Lidl where we don't have to scan everything ourselves. Should have a discount here for doing the work of staff...

Please note there are now parking cameras, two hours free parking maximum.My wife recently got a ticket but when I explained the circumstances to the customer service desk, they arranged for it to be cancelled although denied the reply asking me to go in was from their team, rather strange?Well done Asda, you have retained a customer

A big Superstore for people living around Livingston. Mostly all of the items are fully stocked and available. A big parking place was available. As it is a part of the shopping mall, we can easily access other stores in the mall. The main drawback is Paypoint was not available, unlike other ASDA stores. A lot better to purchase clothing here compared with other ASDA stores in the Edinburgh area.

Been in the Kitchen. Pretty good pizza, full of flavor, great sizes and cheap.

Today when I was in the store, there was a large spillage of water on the floor in the refrigerator area and 15-20 minutes while I was shopping, no staff member tried to solve this problem. Probably for this company, customer safety is not important.

Absolute disgrace. Advertised a microwave on sale for £29,reduced from £58. Checked to see if it was available at livingston, it said yes. I got in the car, drew the cash, drove to livingston, in an amber weather warning. Got to livingston ASDA and found the microwave listed, however it was still shown at full price. I asked staff for help, and then the farce began. They couldn't find the offer on their in store system, so it was passed to Jason in customer services, who decided in his wisdom, that it must have been an online offer, and I was advised to purchase it online, using click and collect, then I could have the one I was standing beside, at the offer price. As soon as I tried to do this, it showed as out of stock. There were 2 in front of me. ASDA advertised this product on sale, then they did everything they could to make sure I didn't get it!!!! I'm utterly disgusted. Shame too, because at that price, I'd have bought the kettle to match!!! Hope your entire Christmas is an utter disaster ASDA.

Hypersensitive self service checkouts. 3 times I had to call assistant. I was putting items after scanning into my bag, and all I did was push items already there to make space for new item (NOT LIFTING THE ITEMS). I gave up went to wide aisle and got good human service. Its not unreasonable that a machine can take into account movement in a bag, until the item has been stored correctly. Spanish supermarkets don't have these machines, and there prices are 30% cheaper!When you enter the store you are bombarded with special offers for unhealthy junk food. (crisps, chocolate, fizzy drinks etc.)On plus side they have a good selection of items for sale

Always check your receipt at this store been twice now for the deals on the juice and been overcharged both times. Their excuse that pro.otion has ended and we just haven't took the signs down.

PIZZA from Asda was always very good but what we have received today….. radicolous!!! We have ordered 3 pizzas today but only one was good to eat. About other 2: How you can send something like this to people?!! Do you know it is danger to eat it? I feel very very disappointed and will never order anything from Asda again….

The pizza from Asda kitchen has always been good. Good service etc. however, me and my partner popped in to get a quick pizza on the way home and it was nothing but a big mess up. A couple before us waited so long to be given the wrong pizza. The young girl working the counter had a horrific attitude and did not have a clue what planet she was on. Next thing my neighbour comes in to collect 2 pizzas that she has ordered for DELIVERY but only had her sides delivered. She then had to wait like 15 minutes to be given OUR pizza. We legit sat in the cafe for about 45 minutes just watching 3 people including a just eat delivery driver try to put together 3 orders. I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure just eat delivery drivers shouldn’t be cooking food!The wee girl working in the cafe needs to find a new career. Her attitude was terrible and then while we are waiting we can hear her through the back laughing and complaint about the woman who she had given the wrong pizza too and tried to claim a spicy chicken was a bbq chicken.Anyways. After all that me and my partner woke up this morning severely ill being sick etc. bearing in mind I’m 8 months pregnant. I deffo won’t be back.They did give us a bigger pizza and offered us a tub of Ben and jerrys for the wait. The people before us didn’t get that offer. Neither did my neighbour. And I’m sorry but a tub of Ben and jerrys doesn’t excuse that girls disgusting attitude. Maybe if the guy cooking the pizzas stopped talking for 2 minutes he wouldn’t have messed up 3 orders.
