360 Play Leicester - Soft Play and Party Venue

It's a beautiful soft play area with several options; we didn't see the entire play area because it's big. My children enjoyed playing in the restaurant and also the outdoor play area. They also enjoyed playing in the Lego section. If you are in Leicester and need something fun and different, visit the place.

Late reviewCame here with my friend and her 2 little ones, they loved the huge slide, shopping role play and lego building.I personally went on the slide too. So much fun.It's a chance for parents/carers to do experiences with their children with a range of equipment that 360 play offers.

My family visits Rushden Lakes, Milton Keynes and here. They all have their unique points. In Leicester it is the outside bikes my 4 & 5 yr old love the most.

Our baby boy had a really great time here. We've been previously to another soft play venue and we were so dissapointed. But here everyone is making you feel welcomed . We've been only for 3 hours,but was enough to see that the place is really clean, had no issues whatsoever. You don't have to pay for anything extra,apart from food and drinks if you want of course. We've been to other places where we had to pay extra for car rides or other machines,which in my opinion is not right.But the most important thing is that our baby boy had his best time and we will definitely come back. Food and coffee really good also.

We had an exclusive party here. Wow, it went above and beyond my expectations. The host Sophie was amazing, so accommodating and helpful. All the staff were fantastic! They couldn't do enough for us. So helpful, so friendly ! Everyone had so much fun ! The parents were all so impressed! The food was great, everyone said how delicious the pizzas were. Thanks to the team for making it so awesome. Samantha thought of everything. So happy and pleased x

4 stars - for the venue - because it was clean, staff were friendly and there’s lots to do worth the price to be honestTook 1 star off because the food was undercooked, pricey and nasty. Jacket potato was undercooked! A small bowl of chips was £2.95 and half of the chips were hard and had bits in them. Other parents were complaining too.Safe to say I won’t be ordering food from there again.

This place is getting beyond a joke. It is absolutely FILTHY!! I got home and bathed the kids straight away, and showered myself. I went at 9.30 today (opening time) and there was food wrappers, socks, clumps of fluff and food all over the place so it obviously hadn't been cleaned, and my the looks of the place it barely ever gets cleaned. Everywhere is just appallingly dirty. Alot of things broken (the ball suction area which is my babies favourite bit. Nearly £10 for a 1 year old is expensive as a 1 year old might not be even walking. £4.50 for adults! This place needs to put some of the rediculous prices the charge into doing the place up and keeping it clean!

Came here on a weekend with my 1 year old. I don't think I'd have been mad at the price if there were more for him to do - the toddler area was very limited and there's only so many times a child can climb up and down a slide. He did enjoy the ball pit but there were too many toddlers for him to be able to enjoy it for very long.The role play area was nice, but again he wasn't old enough to really understand it! Same again with the water area.During our visit my little one bumped his head so I asked for a first aider and an ice pack. We were then asked to go to the cafe where after waiting for 10 minutes we were given a bag of peas which we applied. It was clearly too busy for the lady to come back to check on him so I told her we would leave and I would keep an eye on him at home as he was getting frustrated.My advice would be to have more than one first aider on and perhaps have more choices for the younger children.

360 play has variety of play areas for different age groups. The centre provides supervised activities such as messy play, art& craft etc. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. My son loves coming here t ok play and meet new people.
