Very unhelp over sister leak in front room over 30 years and 50 years living on estate. Worst council in London. Terrable, all they want is money.

calling and calling, no respond and the Vodafone voicemail all the time. Useless people working there

It's so ridiculous.

DIRECTIONS :Difficult to find as it's on a small street not shown on Google Maps (New Zealand Way).From White City or Wood Lane tube stations take a right along Wood Lane crossing on the left at the main intersection (South Africa Way).Walk along South Africa Way until you come to the Housing Estate on the right hand side, pass the bus stop (LQ (Buses 228 & 283 Maida Hill & East Acton). Further on is bus stop LU also Bus 228 (Towards East Acton), if getting off here, take a right to the lane) you will see a lane (with Housing Office Signage), this will take you to a corner of Australia Rd.Walk left on Australia Rd until you come to Canada Way, take a right along Canada Way, New Zealand Way is on the left near the end. LBHF North Office is on the right (hidden by trees).Alternatively take the Number 95 bus from outside the W12 shopping centre at Shepherds Bush (Stop F) and get off at Stop V (White City Estate). I’ve been trying to contact them for days and I just keep getting transferred to Vodaphone voicemail service! This is ridiculous, these people get paid for nothing!
