Great experience, staff always so friendly and on my first donation they made me feel really comfortable! Free parking, well organised and snacks are always a bonus too!

What an incredible team at Bristol Blood Donor Centre! They made me feel so relaxed and kept an eye on me as it was my first time donating. There is also free parking and an array of snacks to keep you going whilst giving blood. I will definitely be back!

Superb experience, everyone here is chatty, friendly and super professional. Every time I have donated, I feel at ease and well looked after! Would highly recommend donating here, snacks are great too :)

It was my first visit for some time. It has had a face-lift. It has its own allocated parking, which is awesome! Staff were patient and ever so helpful

Very disappointed with the way I got treated, they were the ones kept calling me to donate and when I went there, their behaviour and treatment was completely unprofessional, I have donated blood before in other places but it was my first time here in Bristol and I’m very disappointed, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Such a great experience at Bristol Donor Centre. First time donating and the whole process couldn’t have been easier. Free parking right outside so you don’t have to worry about walking for miles or paying pricey parking fees. The staff are so lovely, warm and informative. Everything is explained to you and it’s just an easy pain free experience. Plus the snacks are fab. Will definitely be a regular blood donor now, thanks for the experience.

Very friendly, passionate staff. I was quite nervous going in but they helped put me at ease. Good range of snacks, not too long to wait. Good free parking. Can be busy so please don't take a seat up with your bag...

Everyone is so kind, plenty of drinks and snack provided, parking is free. Giving blood was smooth and pain free. I was in such a great care.
