Apart from a complete engine. D & A Factors seem to have all the parts that you'd require. I gave them model and year of my car ten minutes later they'd found the parts I needed. Staff friendly and knowledgeable, prices I found to be reasonable. Future reference, I'd go back there.

I have used D&A Factors since they opened in Dundee in Cowgate and have found them to be very reliable. The current staff are very helpful especially Charlie on the counter. If what you are looking for is is not in stock they will do their best to source the parts.

Superb, cheerful, friendly and efficient service. I needed a new car battery. The phone was answered after one ring; within 20 seconds of giving my reg. no. I had quotes for two options. The battery was later handed over by a very cheerful young woman. In and out in less than 5 minutes. The atmosphere was one of cheerful, friendly efficiency. I cannot understand the criticism of the building: it is an auto parts warehouse, not Claridges Hotel.
