Where do you go to complain? This place is like nothing I've ever seen.. Indian looking guy packing the fridge was determined no one got anything out the fridge while he packed I even holding the door etc so you couldn't get in.. . Went to the till to pay for my things and the black guy that served me said to the next customer oi" instead of who's next etc. So bizarre"

Guy sat at the window 'Colin' with sign up saying fuel and cigarettes only. Never the case when anyone else is working. On top of this his attitude was rude when questioned as to why this was the case.Aside from this instance. Opening hours are inconsistent. Some nights you can walk in at 1am and grab what you need others it is window service only at 9.30pm. As a customer this is very inconvenient.Won't be back unfortunately.

Weird scary angry homeless looking guy that I have bumped in to at the seafield garage. Empties the buckets and cleans the pumps. Well again very angry this morning for some reason. Must get shipped around. Think he was muttering and shouting I could not get fuel from that pump but clearly I could!

Passed this on my way home one evening this summer, after 10pm. I was thirsty for an ice cold gingerbeer. The person wouldn't sell it to me, stating: no alcohol after 10pm ..... .... ... .. . no joke.

RIP OFF DISCOUNTDoughnuts marked any 2for£2. Wanted one so any reasonable person expects around £1+.So with reduced bread charged £3.13.So a RIDICULOUS £2..50 for one doughnut.SHELL DELI WHAT A CONStaff nice but reply was just work there not on pricing. Should be Zero star but not an option.7 October- contacted Shell as they responded to above. Waste of my time , the lady taking the call said it would be passed as feedback to marketing as well as try to justify the pricing.You'd think Shell brand alongside Waitrose- a trusted brand, could deal quickly with this.

Called in, as I always do to refuel before a long drive north. My exhaust was giving me trouble and been unable to get any garage to tie it up with a metal strap to let me get on my essential journey north.On the forecourt was a man called Davie, wearing high-vis Shell gear. He offered to fill my car, but I'd already begun. He said he'd noticed my car was noisy. I told him the exhaust was hanging down and was hoping I'd get north 150 miles without it falling off. He very kindly said he'd have a quick look.So after fuelling, I took my car over to a quieter spot where Davie, got the jack out of my boot, jacked the car up and said he thought he could tie it up. After a bit of thought, Davie found a metal ring in his car that was big enough to loop round the offending pipe and tie off. Raising the exhaust back to it's original position.This took him no more than 10 minutes. I was delighted with the result and Davie was pleased he'd been able to effect a good repair.I set off and Davie stood listening to the now purring car and bade me farewell with a smile and a wave. Then I drove into a 2 hour traffic jam and my whole journey took 5 hours, tiring, but less noisy, thanks to Davie's deft repair.Thanks to Davie, I got home safely, with my car intact. It's booked in to have the new exhaust fitted this week.I have to say, he did this with a smile and a glad heart, despite wearing a bandage on his arm, supporting an injury of some kind, (I thought it rude to ask).Davie is a real asset to the staff at Crewe Toll filling station, and his cheerful, friendly welcoming disposition would put any frayed motorist at ease.I hope you enjoyed your pint Davie. I needed some tap water so I asked the staff and they simply said there isn't one. I'm genuinely surprised as Shell around the country always have a tap so you can use it. It wouldn't be difficult for staff to say we don't have one but we can do this or that but they did seem to me like they can't be bothered. Just the next nearby Shell and the lady behind the counter just said sure no problem,there it is pointing at the tap on the wall nearby. Not sure if there really isn't an outside water tap or they are just not aware of one either way not really helpful friendly staff so definitely there is some room for improvements when it comes to customer service...Some other comments quite shocking...

They're closeing pumps with normal fuel and they're leaving customer without choice...V-power only .Happens always before weekendsCustomerService are rude as well definitely not recommended

Just been here to get milk, sign on window petrol and cigarettes only. Ment to be a 24h shop. To me the guy could not be bothered to go and get anything else. The person in front wanted a sandwich he might of not eaten.t good customer service
