The team at Appeal have done an outstanding job on our website, I couldn't praise them enough. They really go the extra mile to understand your business and customer base and then build a website based around them. Right from launch the new website has giving us a boost in sales and credibility.

A few months ago I received an email telling me that my website was on a version of Umbraco that was becoming unsupported.I had the option to have it ported onto a newer version at a fairly eye watering cost.My first response was to email Luke and ask if he could port it to WordPress where I knew I would not encounter the same updating issues.I've also seen Luke's websites and they are classy and very user friendly.Luke came up with a solution which matched the alternative but included a refresh with some extra marketing insights. He personally helped me with shopify, while his team worked on the main site. What I have ended up with is a very responsive, user friendly site which old customers will feel is familiar while having been upgraded.I can't rate Luke and Appeal highly enough.

The Appeal team have worked wonders with BCI's new website. They took the time to get to know us as an organisation and understand our raison d'etre, values and what we needed the new site to achieve for us. It was a complex project with many different layers but the end result is a site that truly represents BCI. It's been received incredibly positively by our members and partners. Web builds are often stressful but the Appeal team made it a pleasurable journey from start to finish and their ongoing support is second to none.
