I can't rate how it tastes so I am not trying to give it a negative review because I have not been able to try it yet. I live in the United States and it cannot be delivered here. I wish it could because I would really love to try this cheese. I seen this company on Escape to the Country" show from the UK..."

Lovely cheese, slices nicely and not too salty. The chilli cheese has a nice kick without being overpowering. This was my second order and I was sent some free ricotta which I am looking forward to trying- thanks. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Is there an option for 6 stars? Every cheese is amazingly done, the difference from typical store bought cheese is night and day.Frying the squeaky cheese is just a joy. But the ricotta, oh my the ricotta. I am totally addicted, I had no idea that ricotta can taste so beautiful. And it's high protein and low fat so I kind of use it as a protein bar.Well done to all the team at Dama, loving craftsmanship in everything you do, it shows.

I made an order to Manchester, all items arrived well packaged. I have so far tried the yogurt spread and balls, and they taste so fresh and delicious. I'm so happy Dama cheese can deliver to my place.

Friendly staff. A small local cheese maker producing hand made, unique local cheeses, halumis and butter. Yummy! Inexpensive and worth the journey. I will definitely go again and recommend.

I have never been a big fan of cheese but having tried this i am now a reborn cheese lover. it is light, tasty, smells lovely, look amazing and just delightful.There is nothing negative to be said about this cheese, and the person who gave them one star just because their address on google is wrong is being very unjust and the other reviews prove just that.Well done and keep up the good work

Absoloutely delicious Rosemary Squeezy Cheese made in good old Yorkshire too! Ive tried so many halloumi cheeses but this is by far the best! The flavour, the creamy tase and the texture is second to none! Love it!!

My friend recommended the cheese so we visited to buy some. It's a bit difficult to find but worth it.I wasn't really a great fan of halloumi but I have now totally converted!!It tasted great grilled.I've bought more since from thier market stall.

What a great little place. The cheese is made on the premises as you can tell when you go in. A good selection of cheeses and yoghurts. The owner is very helpful and obviously knows all about the products. A small very local business which employs local people and deserves supporting. Well worth a visit. My wife, who is a Haloumi fanatic, says this is the best she has tasted. Praise indeed.
