Del, Wayne and Richard (aka Paddy) did an absolutely brilliant job for us on Monday moving us from Gt Notley to Manningtree. They were all friendly, polite and very careful with our household items and we would have no hesitation at all in recommending them. An excellent job, well done and thank you very much.

Do not use this company to move valuable items.Smashed up the legs on my expensive TV unit and glued/taped it back together without my knowledge. We noticed the damaged after the movers had left, after they had accepted payment and a tip. Immoral. Who takes a tip while hiding the fact they have bodged a customers furniture back together?Owner ‘Del’ argued when we demanded compensation for his and his workers’ mistake and for hiding it from us. Refund was only given on the promise we don’t make a claim against his insurance.Do not do business with dishonest people.

Initial discussions with Del were reassuring and comprehensive - nothing fazed him including the need to extricate the bed over the balcony! On the days of the move Wayne and the team were just brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they took all the stress out of our move. Would highly recommend them.

Myself and family moved about 5 weeks ago and I have to say from start to finish Del and the boys were nothing short of unbelievable! Del was so fast at coming back to me, coming round to give me a decent quote and then when I had to push back the date a couple of times it wasn't an issue. Then when the moving day came, the guys were all friendly, chatty but worked like a train. I've already told friends that are moving or even thinking about moving to contact Del at Blankfields, as it was actually the least stressful part of the moving house process! Cheers fellas, Shane

Blankfields did a great job, from initial home visit by Del to the amount of effort his team put in on the day from 8am till 6pm. The team leader was very professional and really advised us well, a real credit to the company, the other 2 guys worked equally as hard.There was a bit of uncertainty over how many hanging wardrobes would arrive, but all good.A suggestion would be some proper hard case, padded carrying cases for large expensive TVs, in 55

Having been messed about by a bed supplier (who use this company for delivery), it was delivery drivers Wayne and Tony who were able to rectify the situation. Long story short, the retailer didn't think to let be know about a delay until after I'd dismantled and chucked my son's old bed (for the price I paid for the new one, a bit of customer service shouldn't have been too much to ask for). Rather than leave me in a mess, the drivers re-jigged their day and delivered the bed without hassle. They were very polite, professional and efficient as they did so; the room in question isn't much bigger than the bed and yet they managed somehow to assemble it in minimal time and with no difficulty. Very impressed, top blokes, the both of them and a credit to the company.
