Tom and Elaine have been an incredible help throughout the years. We use them year after year. Their customer service is exceptional, they always reply in an efficient and timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

Disconnection of gas hob. T S Gas provided a responsive and efficient service at a competitive price when compared to another quote i received. Only a 10 minute job but has to be done by a Gas safe fitter. Would use them again for sure.

Be very carful what you agree with this company, especially the manager, Tom, ask for all the agreements in writing. Everything I will write next, I can back up with emails.I had to replace an old boiler with a new one. I asked for a quote, TS Gas gave me a quote, which was not the best offer that I had received, so I ignored their offer. A few days after, the manager calls me and ask what do I think about the offer, I sad I had a better one, and he ask how much better, I sad, similar price, but the other company had included the removal of asbestos (flue pipe and floor board).Tom said that he can do that, but he wants to test the asbestos, and as long as it is not the very dangerous one that costs thousands to remove" (exact words) he will include it in the offer price.I agreed

The guys were great. Pricing was very transparent for the AC unit I needed. Installed within weeks of quote. Will contact them when I need my boiler servicing :-)

Tom and his team over the last few years have fitted a new kitchen and x2 bathrooms for us. Could not recommend them enough. All of the guys are friendly and the workmanship is brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Have found Tom and team to be execptional. We had to have a new Worcester boiler fitted at short notice. We found TS Gas via the Woucester website and not only were they able to get to us incredibly quickly, their quote was the best. Tom and team have been the epitome of professional with great service and care throughout. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience getting my boiler serviced by T S Gas. The service was thorough and Mr. Kingsley was very professional. He took the extra minutes to do all the required checks on my boiler since the installation is pretty old. I would recommend T S Gas and would happily use their services again.
