Golden Finish

They knocked out my hot water and left leaking pipes behind. They used my coffee mugs to hold up plasterboard and covered them in plaster. They told me one price in person then sent a quote with a higher price. They left my house a huge mess, and told me it’s “Builders clean”. I got text messages every few hours asking for payment, despite telling them they would be paid by the end of the week. They don’t listen and will try to bully you into doing whatever is easiest for them. I’m not happy with the work they did. I paid them so that I’d never have to see them again.Update: They also lied about guaranteeing their work for 15 years. Weeks after being paid, they still have not supplied any guarantee in writing despite being asked repeatedly.
