I didn't buy a car here in the end (opted for a different brand) but I dealt with Megan who was wonderful. She took a personal video of the car I was interested in for me and honestly she couldn't do enough. Highly professional and an extremely lovely person.

Warning warning warningDon't ever buy a car online from them. You will be very very surprised (negatively!).The car is absolutely not.what you would expect, but if you still decide, please check your rights , get a clear written confirmation about the state, the accessories to the smallest thing. Try to.make notes if the conversation,.it will help you big time with a dispute.It is still dodgy business and surprisingly even from a big company like TrustFord. The only thing they are interested in to get the most of your money but.offering as little as possible.

Had a great experience at Trust Ford Epsom last week, Nia the New car sales exec was exceptional. From start to finish she was superb, I did'nt feel rushed or pressured when discussing my purchase. Nia looked at a several options for me, took time to find out our needs and expectations, went through everything in an uncomplicated way, offered additional services and seemed very passionate about her role in getting me on the road in the vehicle that was right for me. We had our new car in just a few days, no long waits or hold ups everything was seamless. Had a great informed handover when we went over all the details of the car. Highly recommend this dealership. Marc was excellent from start to finish, sourcing a new Mach E AWD that got delivered within weeks, which given the long lead times for EVs was great. He kept me informed throughout about progress and was always available for questions. The new Mach E is wonderful to drive. Thank you Marc & TrustFord Epsom. The Blue Cruise works very well and it has already driven 30 miles on the M25.

I am a Ford service plan customer. MOT & Vehicle health check is great but no evidence provided of other service tasks performed. Oil change was due - I checked on collection & it was still black not clear as I would expect- it was still in the yard! Fobbed off by advisor. Asked for itemised bill -& they refused saying I could only have a generic 6th service cost so no proof of any oil change. Similarly I paid £30+ for air con “refresh”. Advisor refused to record it in the service book- what’s the point then? I noticed no difference to the air con performance - the only evidence then is I’m £30 less well off. I left feeling I’d been conned & some of the work may not have been done. Ford - provide more proof please.

Excellent sales service throughout from Roan, Murray, and Dylan. I was kept informed of progress at every stage and all the admin & paperwork was handled very efficiently online to avoid unnecessary extra trips to the dealership, as I live some distance away. Very friendly, comprehensive and informative handover of the car from Murray. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you!

Made to feel very comfortable as a walk-in customer on a Saturday (thank you Marc).Good advice given without pressure to make decisions, buy, etc.Given model, spec and financial info on the spot, and allowed to go away and digest it.Easy to make payments and deal with initial order paperwork (all online).Was kept up to date between order and handover.Great handover process.Car itself is great.Received personal 'thank you' call and video from Marc post purchase.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Murray , his boss and the team. Although we had a hic up with Marc, who suddenly left. Murray was polite very apologetic about the mishap we encountered. Excellent service from my salesman Roan and the Business Manager Manny. Nothing was a problem and the transaction went perfectly. The car we collected was very clean and looked great. Roan went through all the functions on the car and never rushed us throughout the whole thing from start to finish. Thanks Roan and Manny excellent service .
