Though we have only had two grooms done at this groomers I can’t fault them. Super friendly both to us and our fur baby, she then has come away looking beautiful. Fantastic service

i had my dog groomed for 35£ today. her coat and nails were cut, but they didnt wash or scruff her belly area, its still flithy and covered with dirt. not good enough!!

Our new rescue dog Lola had her first grooming here yesterday and I have to say how brilliant she looks and how wonderful, caring and professional the staff are at The Groom Room. We are very happy with the results and so is Lola. We will be using this service again.

I have just collected my Australian Shepherds from their groom. They look amazing, so much hair removed, beautiful shiny coats and above all looked after so well. I am so grateful. Really lovely staff too. Aussies are not easy to groom as they have a lot of fur but they did a FANTASTIC job. THANK YOU

Booked an appointment. Received a call asking for a £15 deposit but was in a new so couldn’t take the call. Tried calling back multiple times. Turned up to the appointment just to be told it’s cancelled. If you want deposits, allow your customers to pay when booking the appointment online like any other business!

I came in today to check on my cavaliers appointment. I paid a deposit the last time I came. I was concerned that he could not be groomed by the person who knows him. I was told that someone else could do him but to be honest the lady I spoke to was rude and off hand. So keep the deposit Reggie will not be coming

Done a good job trimming our dog, LOOKED great but seemed have caught the base of her tail and she then started licking and chewing at it making it worse. Bought cone type collar and antiseptic spray and after 2 weeks started to heal up ok. Did try calling the groom room to discuss but as soon as I selected to speak to someone the connection was dropped each time.

The girl in charge of the salon is incredibly rude, unprofessional and out of her depth. Booked our dog in for 9 am after she cancelled his appointment on the day the previous week. Then when we turned up, she refused to groom him as she said we were booked in for 8 am. We showed her the text confirming our booking, but she refused to groom our dog. Honestly never experienced anything like this before.

Shame really. Had two previous cuts for our puppy.Day after the groom, I noticed his private area (ahem) on one side going red. Looking at the cut, it look like they nipped his privates and then did not bother clipping the other side. I called up to ask if anything was recorded as a problem and also about the lack of grooming. Was called back and all I got was we use guarded clippers and try a bit of sudocream. Nothing about the failed groom and why was I not told of it when picking him up.

Really unhappy with the groom our cockerpoo received. They cut his hair so short & cut his skin so badly he ended up at the vets and they had to put him on antibiotics. We didn’t see any improvement in almost a month, he wouldn’t eat, would just shake and wouldn’t lie down or sleep because he was so sore. He is now petrified of the groomers and he’s not been scared of anything or anyone in his 5 years, including other groomers. He came out of there a completely different dog, I have no idea what happened in there but he most definitely won’t be back.
