Wonderful treatment by Penny infact I’ve had a number of wonderful treatments! Exceptionally relaxing. Daughter also had treatments to alleviate GCSE stress and anxiety. Penny truly is a very talented reflexologist. Would 100% recommend.

The session was fantastic. Penny was great a tailoring the session to my specific needs, getting me into a calm and relaxed headspace, and explaining the treatment (as I hadn't had the same kind of treatment before). Would recommend.

I had a full body massage with Penny. I couldn’t recommend this more. This is obviously a calling for her. She is an empathic listener, who ensures she knows, and understands your needs before starting any treatment. Perfect pressure, everything unhurried and professionally executed. She really worked on the knots in my back and shoulders, but checked in to make sure I was able to handle it. To be honest, I was utterly relaxed at the end of it and walked out on a cloud of air. Muscles feel considerably looser. Definitely going back for more!

I have just enjoyed a wonderful set of four reflexology treatments with Penny which have been both relaxing and therapeutic-from the first 10 minutes of the session I find myself feeling deeply at ease and by the end of the session I emerge transformed and energised. Penny is an incredible therapist, she not only creates a beautiful environment which is supportive and nurturing but also she analyses what most is needed and focuses the treatment accordingly. I have I started the sessions of reflexology as a treat. Now I know that they are actually important to my wellbeing. I thoroughly recommend trying reflexology sessions with Penny- you won’t be disappointed.
