This place doesn’t deserve any star review I came in today with a group of us and across from us an old lady has assaulted a kid in the play area and staff did nothing about it except kick the kid and the parents out! Then the old lady’s daughter was taking photos of my niece and when got pulled about she got up in my sisters face and caused a scene, staff did nothing yet again!! We asked for a complaints form we filled it in and then me and my family got kicked out but yet the old lady and her family got to stay! The staff members even took a brew over to them and sat with them!!They caused two incidents and was still allowed to stay! The staff was very rude as well I have an autistic child and the staff was giving my son horrible looks there was a ginger big girl there watching my son like a hawk and the other girl had dark hair glasses and a black top who also was very rude to myself and family!!Would not recommend going the staff are awful don’t care about the kids safety in there and apparently it’s above their pay grade to do anything about it !! Absolute vile place to go to.Oh and lastly we left the premises and we witnessed the staff come outside and throw away the complaints form and nothing will be done about it!They obviously support the nature of Rolf Harris people the place either needs ripping down or get staff that actually care for kids not people just wanting a pay check at the end of the month sick and twisted staffDo not go to this place and waste your money!!

We went for a party. Staff were lovely. Kids had a lovely time. Its smaller then most soft plays but it easier for parents to find there kids. Great seating area.

Would not reccomend for parents with kids younger than 7.The place is large and the soft play itself is great...But it was absolute choas in the actual soft play area. I went in with my kids and witnessed kids wrestling (one on top of another and continuing to slam his head against the floor) and my kids getting pushed into the sides while older kids barged past. Not to mention kids climbing the slide and falling on each other.I didnt feel like I could keep my kids safe while I was physically in the soft play. And this is not coming from a helicopter parent... it was literally like WWE for kids.

While i wasn’t involved i did witness an appalling scene unfold infront of me, it came in two parts. Firstly , i had heard people talk about an adult who had been inside the playhouse and used violence against a child. Upon further investigation i found out the grandmother of a child had kicked a little girl that she had deemed too old to be there, after the mother of the little girl confronted the grandmother the staff did absolutely nothing in support of the crying child or distraught mother and instead shielded the grandmother of some sort. The second part happened when the table next to mine caught the grandmothers family pointing their phone camera at her and ridiculing her. The family of the girl who was being recorded immediately took action and started to question the grandmother and her family but once again the staff ignored the pleads of the photographed girl and her family , they instead called higher management and he sat with the mother who had photographer the girl and was offering her drinks and engaging in conversation. Not once during this conversation we’re the family or the girl who was photographed taken into consideration and not once did the man who was conversing think to check for any signs of photography. Because of the staffs ridiculous way of handling things the girls family got involved by trying to get both a complaint sheet and proof they hadn’t photographed the person. I overheard one of the staff members saying “it was below her pay grade” and then once the mother got angry she blatantly laughed in her face, got security and kicked the whole family out without doing a single thing about the grandmother who earlier hurt a child or the mother who had photographed the girl in the wheelchair without her consent. This behaviour disgusted me and i left immediately after, the poor girl wasn’t safe inside the playhouse and the other girl wasn’t safe outside as she was ridiculed and neither had justice. Poor behaviour

The play area is good for little kids. My 11 year old was told she couldn’t go on because she was too tall and couldn’t assist her little brother so she was really upset and had to sit at the table the whole time. Funny really as there were lots of parents in there chasing their kids, a man with his bum crack out climbing about, parents enjoying the slide with their kids but the only person in the building who was not allowed on anything was my daughter. Imagine letting a child sit there and watch everyone play bar them. It’s not right that. I would understand if it was a group of them but she was the only one. They don't do this anywhere else

Great for kids. 50% saving if you’ve visited the zoo in the last 5 days. Proof required.Onsite cafe serving simple food and drinks. Also vending machine located inside for quick snacks.Only paying for children is great! But playtime is limited to a strict 90minutes and you will be firmly requested to leave when this time is up.Toilets are difficult and have been lowered for little persons which is great but need to be checked / cleaned more often. - as the general overall condition could be cleaner.Party options and event hire available approx 30children max at avg.£10 per head.
