Took an unauthorised direct debit and won't respond to my emails. Cleaner also stole from us which meant we didn't continue the service, so to assume we would renew for the following year is madness.

It is early days, but very pleased so far with the household cleaning service provided by Dave from Dolly Char who put us in touch with the diligent and thorough Miriam. A no-nonsense approach to business in helping out an elderly neighbour. Keep up the good work!
