Kwik Fit - Glasgow - Giffnock

Their MOT machines are unreliable. Got turned away from an MOT and told come back when it's working. Waste of time. Go somewhere that maintains their machines.

Always have great service here and they truly went above and beyond yesterday for my son when the powered attachment of his wheelchair split. My son managed to get himself to the nearby Kwik Fit where they were absolute stars and managed to do a temporary fix for him so he could make it home. Thanks to all involved, you made a stressful situation miles better.

My MOT was well priced and the staff in Giffnock were chatty and very helpful. They provided accurate estimates for the MOT timeframe and had called me beforehand too. A very straightforward process with no hassle. Would recommend.

Kwik Fit Giffnock, first class friendly,helpful and honest service. Kept informed of repairs every step of the way and car was ready at the stated time. Cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you Kwik Fit ,car is now in tip top condition.

Edited below after some stellar aftercare.A bit so, so if I'm honest...was told the car was too low so the wheel alignment couldn't be done...which it's been done previously with no trouble. Also, new tpms valves weren't installed. I also asked if a rattle from the exhaust could be looked at and was told once the car was inspected that they wouldn't be able to look at it...because it was too complex?? It's an aftermarket exhaust but retains the same components as oem. So now I'm having to rebook elsewhere which is hugely inconvenient, for tracking and wheel alignment and for the exhaust to be looked at.Edit* Martin called me after reading my review this morning and asked that I come in so that the issues I had were addressedand rectified and true to his word...tpms issue sorted...exhaust looked at (so now we know where the issue lies) and generally brilliant service.Would thoroughly recommend based on the fact that Martin genuinely wanted nothing more than my complete satisfaction...and has.Will definitely return and recommend.

Just had Kwik Fit put on my winter tyres. Really good service and also very happy that they still do this (lots of garages ow wont fit a tyre or wheel unless its at the point of sale, and obviously the winters go on and off each year).Great service and fitted me in at short notice which was really helpful as I had to travel.

Didn't get a call to say car was ready and was then kept waiting 10 mins in reception before someone came to speak to me. But tyres were well priced and fitted well with a minimum of mess.EDIT : Downgraded to 1 star after my second visit. When my wife dropped the car off the guy didn't say good morning, didn't make eye contact just put his hand out and said keys". She rarely complains about anything but immediately called me to say how rude he had been.An hour later I got a phonecall telling me i needed a new front tyre

Many thanks to Martin who provided a masterclass in customer service today when I took my car in with a battery problem. He went out of his way to make sure our problem was solved quickly and without fuss. Happy to recommend.
