Poor quality shop. Changing rooms have boxes of hangers stacked to the ceiling so you have no room to change. Untidy shop floor and lack of air conditioning upstairs on one of the hottest days of the year. Manager was also seen bringing a poor, young staff member to tears. The Mountain Warehouse in Ashford has a much better management system and staff are looked after a lot more.

Some good buys in this store. Plenty of items reduced. Got some more walking shoes , last ones lasted years but updated them. Training t shirts good price to all discounted. Well worth popping in for a quick browse when you pass.

Absolutely horrific customer service from the store manager - Andy. He should feel ashamed of himself! I didn’t have a mask on due to being exempt and when aggressively approached by him I said I didn’t have a mask and he was very rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. What a disgusting way to act to someone.

Staff are helpful. The store is packed with items to choose from, it does feel a bit cluttered and crammed but it gives you a huge range of choice and you can guarantee there's always a sale on!

I bought a pair of active shoes yesterday afternoon (7 May). The staff are always so welcoming and friendly and Laura was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. We are lucky to have Mountain Warehouse so centrally located in Canterbury and a delight to see it has survived lockdown.

Has to be the worst outlet for ordering anything online, they use Evri for delivery services. Bad choice. Take the money very quickly, delivery very very very slow
