Budget accommodation. Professional polite staff.Basic room, reasonably priced and clean to a high standard.We would stay again.

Great place to stay. Ideally located. Room was clean and spacious. Couldnt say about the shared facilities as I had a party of friends partying in there. Check in was quick and staff very friendly.

Very good accomodation for students. Very friendly and helpful staff and the security is great too. Always have events going on and give out free stuff here and there. Quite reliable and the rooms are nice and modern.

I chose Astor for the previous 2 years because of their exceptional costumer service and great rooms. Quality is not compromised and you get what you pay for. P.S Charmaine and Lesley are amazing for their work and always approachable :)

Astor House gave me an excellent impression upon arrival, the staff were nice and warm. The studios were spacious and a few minutes away from the university. You can see the watch house and ocean view from the Top floors in the buildings.

I originally booked for 4 nights but due to the comfort and location and something beyond my control I have booked for a further 4 nights.The staff are very friendly and make you comfortable.The rooms are clean and tidy and yes I would recommend this place to Friends and Family.

Honestly terrible. The worst student accommodation you can find. it may look pretty and nice but that's only for the first impression. Everything breaks very often, including leaking toilets, bathroom sinks and broken lightbulbs every month or so. Also the site team are not helpful at all. My flat had antisocial behaviour, leaving kitchen knives outside people's doors in a cup, stabbing and burning the sofas, Astor house did nothing about this despite me and my flatmates complaining constantly. All they care about is the money. They offer you no privacy . I have had a maintenance man walk into my room whilst showering. I can honestly not express enough that this is not an ideal accomodation for any student. Do not waste your money on this place

PLS AVOID THIS PLACE!!This place is a SCAM and I REPORTED THEM TO THE POLICE - they will steel your money! Firstly they will ask to pay a deposit ( an amount between 50 to 150 GBP) and then they will refuse to pay this back! So your holidays will be 150 GBP more expensive.... employees very rude, every time I was asking for something the reply I received was 'this is not an hotel but a student accomodations'...however they accept guests and work as hotel as well...
