I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Llandudno VW service center. I took my son's Polo in for a diagnostic service, and while the initial experience of booking and dropping off the car on September 2nd was pleasant, the subsequent events were highly disappointing.After a diagnostic report revealed a handful of issues, I agreed to let VW reflash the ECU to clear a warning light. However, despite paying approximately £350, the problem persisted. The lack of communication from VW was frustrating, and it seemed like I was a nuisance for seeking updates.When I finally got in touch with VW on Friday, I was informed that the problem was related to a vacuum pump and pipe. I authorized the replacement, but it couldn't be done until Tuesday due to part delivery delays. I called on Tuesday for an update, and after several attempts, an engineer informed me that the work was completed, costing approximately £750, bringing the total cost to over £1000.What's most concerning is that, after all this expenditure, the issue still wasn't properly identified or resolved. My calls have gone unanswered, despite leaving a message on Thursday. I find this lack of follow-up and resolution deeply unsatisfactory.The experience, which began with promise, ended on a sour note, and I feel like I was taken advantage of. The unnecessary work and the failure to address the actual problem have left me highly dissatisfied. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder of the importance of transparency, communication, and effective service for customers.

Recently bought a vehicle from VW North Wales and the whole process was very efficient. A big thank you to Tom and Laura. Tom was always on hand to answer any questions and make sure the car was all ready for collection. Laura made the handover so quick and easy and was so lovely. I’m very happy with my purchase.

After driving the same car for 13 years decided time for change. Went to The Point complex VW, Audi, Skoda & Seat. Saw the range & prices, liked the Seat Arona Fr a 69 model 7,000 on the clock signed up for PCP. Everything went smoothly. Looked after by the dealership team. handed called over to a lady called Laura who sorted the payer work, if you have any problems ring me. Just had my MOT & first service, sorted out by Kirsty sorted lift home & picked up for return 4hours later. Job done would recommend Sytner & The Point.David Barratt

Excellent service when my car was in for some work to be done under warranty. The issue that arose with the car was sorted swiftly and now the car drives like new. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. Managed to organise a loan car for me as well. Definitely recommend taking you car here for servicing/repairs.

Had repeat issues with my vehicle. Thankfully Jonathan Baxter and Dorian Ives have put maximum effort in to sort it out. Without those two individuals I would be putting 1 maybe 2 stars at most for my experience with vehicle quality and poor after sales support from some of the team. But, those two managed to save the day. So overall you can have 4 stars. Thanks.

Amazing service, everything was so smooth thank you to Harry we didn’t have to worry about anything. We are so happy with the car. Thank you very much. It’s nice to be able to drive away with the car you really want knowing you don’t have to worry as everything is covered. Thank you to Pete also for all the help :)

I recently had a series of disappointing visits to North Wales Volkswagen and felt compelled to share my experience.The lack of communication and professionalism I encountered during my visits has left me with no desire to return to the site.

We had a great day today at Skoda dealership in llandudno Junction. All the staff went out of their way to help us. Tea, coffee even biscuits for our dog. Barney and Nathan worked with us to ensure we got the best deal possible on the car we wanted. They pulled out all the stops to enable us to seal the deal and drive the car away on the same day. Thanks guys

Just over 2 weeks ago we went to vk to have a look for a bigger car as couldn’t find the one we had been looking for. And within minutes stephen fronte was there to help. And out of the blue was the car we had been wanting for our family. Stephen has been helpful from the first moment until the very end and couldn’t have asked for a better sales person at all.
