We had an extremely unpleasant experience at Milan’s. From the moment we walked in to place our order, we felt unwelcome. When my mother decided to add some samosas to her order at the last minute, the employee’s response was rude and sarcastic. He even made disrespectful gestures, raising his arms in an angry and animated manner. This behavior was absolutely unacceptable and completely ruined what was supposed to be a special bank holiday treat.We are deeply disappointed by the horrible customer service and will not be returning to Milan’s. It’s a stark reminder that basic manners and respect cost nothing.

i dont live in Birmingham and only goes to once a month for official visit . i make it a point to have samosa chaat at Milan whenever i am in Birmigham. prices are damn cheap, quality is good

Worst indian food ever had, prices are too high compared to their quality. They don’t make fresh make once in a week and warm it up. Funny part is they even charge for warming the food. Never going back again.

I wish I could have given Triple ZERO (000). Absolutely Terrible Food and Shameful Customer service.The guy with ROUND MOUSTACHE was :1. VERY VERY VERY RUDE - He had even looked my 5 year old son angrily, just because he was playing with a toy. My son got scared of him2. Upon asking for Fresh Bhatura as it was totally STALE and hard to bite ( pls see picture ) , this guy arrogantly replied : Milan Sweet is proudly serving STALE Bhatura for last 40 years and they only make fresh Bhatura in early morning.3. The Pani Puri was an absolute distaste and upon even asking a lil Extra Paani , The Round Moustache replied in a weird manner saying : I won’t give you extra. What a disgust to their customer service .4. My son asked for Normal water : they totally declinedI would never ever go such places. PLEASE PLEASE AVOIDThey MUST learn Customer service . VERY BAD EXPERIENCE IN SOHO ROAD , Birmingham

After hearing couple of positive reviews about their samosas, I decided to give it ago. I was left disappointed because It did not live to expectations. I've had better samosas elsewhere. Also I've tried their pakora and I didn't like them, I found them to be very doughy.Overall, expensive and just an average samosas & pakora.

Food is good but the service is appalling. If you order delivery you'll get the wrong items / missing items. When you phone then to ask them to put it right they're rude and don't care.There are other restaurants that have just as good food and much better customer service

Our goto place for samosas etc.Food always looks well presented.The aroma as you walk in reminds me of my childhood, popping down the road to see my Pakistani friends where there was always something cooking.Staff are friendly and attentive.Large queues on occasion, made up of customers from diverse backgrounds.A really brummie gem of a place.100% recommend.

Order from here quite often until today, when I found a hair in the food. Man on the phone hardly seemed to care when I called. Sounds like the hygiene standards are very low in this place. Disgusting. Had to throw away all the food.
