Ben and his team were very profesional ,kept us informed and finished on the day they said they would. The job involved among other things removing a 19 20s chimney breast ( an extremley dirty job in an occupied home) at the end you would never know they had been.ben even matched the old 80s artex on wall AND ceiling ! 5 star to ben and his lads .

We were recommended Greypoint Homes by a friend of ours in the trade. A fairly large job, we have reconfigured our downstairs and placed an extension on the back of our house. There was significant steel work and a number of new walls and openings internally. At first we were surprised that we'd have to wait 9 or 10 months to get started, but then you realise that quality builders are in high demand, and it was the right decision to wait.Ben and his team were great. They started on schedule and kept to their estimated time and costs - even when snags were hit along the road.Regular, clear and open communication seems to be key in ensuring an all-round positive experience and Ben and Harry are adept at this, we always felt informed and part of the process. The results speak for themselves, we're delighted with the work and our new space. Would certainly highly recommend.
