Excellent wildlife area in the heart of Cannock Chase. Nice signposted walks of multiple distances, including a shorter route that is wheelchair suitable. Excellent family and 'proper' mountain bike trails for all abilities. Children's adventure play area, junior and adult Go Ape tree climbing and a decent café. On site bike shop. Only quibble is parking is a bit expensive, but a Discovery pass for frequent visitors £40) gives free parking for a year. Very good at Christmas with tree sales and Santa and food huts. Recommended.

possibly one of the most beautiful places ever to exist, from my experience it’s super clean no litter to be found! Respected by everyone who goes. Perfect to unwind and enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature. Definitely makes the payment to park worth it.

Great place! Excellent biking trails for kids, as well as the Zog trail to follow. We had a blast with our two little ones. Balance bikes very welcome too! Lovely playground as well. 10/10. Parking is £10 for all day - I know that sounds excessive, but there's so much on offer. It's huge!

They have revamped the car park with ANPR and hiked the car parking charges ridiculously. It’s not a cheap day out any more which has put us off from visiting in these difficult times. It’s now £9 for 3 hours! And no concessions for blue badge holders

The playground next to goape Cannock is clean and comfortable. Plenty of Picnic table and bench. Toilet and cafe is just next supporting your near.It is very good to have a rest after goape challenge.

Great Place for a family visit, can ride your bike around the dog or monkey, even a easy route around for the whole family any skill level. Also a bike shop for spares and hire I think. Nice little cafe for after your ride. Also go ape is here which is a fun couple of hours if you like heights.

Really not happy at all....Been a family tradition for years and I mean years, I am 31 and it is the only place we used to go for Christmas tree... it is deeply sadden to me that there is no set anymore apart from your trees. Where the food stalls the drink stalls etc etcWe will not be returning and I believe charging for parking when you have just purchased an £85 pound tree is also not right.Deeply sadden by this, I have my son now and wanted to continue the family tradition.

The area is stunning and very well maintained, however the car park is very expensive and you still have to pay even with a blue badge. If you are a wheelchair user the paths are great, but you may only be able to access a fraction of the overall area and may not be able to access anything other than the paths (including the parks, bike trails, grass areas, woodland paths etc), but you are still expected to pay full price. The car park is now ANPR too.
