I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, if you’re thinking of buying here have a good long hard think about it.When we first moved on to the site a couple of years ago it was great but it rapidly went downhill fee increases facilities inadequate and not open very often, the staff were ok but only ok.Definitely not a 5 star parkAvoid like the plague

The park is great and the caravans are clean and well kept.The park just lacks a few facilities, an onsite shop would be highly beneficial which saves squeezing down the lanes into town.The pool is the premier facility here and it's fantastic. They have classes and games for the children at various times that you can book onto.The golf course is a 3 hole pitch and putt at best and the woodland walk takes only a few minutes, however, don't let this put you off (unless you were coming for golf)It's in a close location to nearby towns and Snowdonia so there is plenty to do.

Beautiful park! We booked via air b&b but would 100% recommend the location for snowdon, zip world, mines etc...lots to do within easy driving distance. Wonderful lake and walks in the park too.

Amazing place. Scenery was beautiful. The accommodation was clean. 10/10. Spacious. Cutlery, plates, cups, pots and pans provided, as well as, broom and mop.What a lovely place to unwind and relax.Facilities are great especially the sauna room. Then there is the play area and lake.Will definitely return.

Lovely place to stay.Fully equipped kitchen is very useful, really.Wifi is not free, therefore we used our own mobil wifi hot spot, when needed to check emails.Nearest shops are in Llanrug: a small Tesco and a COOP.Next shopping possibility is in Caernarforn.Pool & gym is free to use for guests. There is a superb SPA just next to the pool, as well.The only issue was with the laundry that is super complicated and not well communicatedSo:1, You get a laundry card at reception for free.2, After registering online, you top up the card by online payment - following the instructions on the card. One wash is 4.60, one drying is 2.60. Minimum top up amount is 5.00, consequently there will be always some leftovers on your account.3, You go to the laundry, which is located at the back of the restaurant (that is next to the pool)4, You transfer the top up amount to your laundry card using the terminal in the laundry5, You are ready to use the washing machine & the dryer.6, Refund only from 5 pounds. If you have 4.8, consider it as lost. AND they will charge you 3 pounds admin fee when you want your money refunded.7, Really wondering, such a good place like Brynteg how they can afford themselves this rubbish laundry service provider. Tip: old fashioned coins maybe?8, But never mind. While the washing machine is doing its job, why not have a good time in the pool and the SPA?

Caravan beautiful (no 214), 6 berth, location central to club house and Boathouse.Pool and spa fantastic with onside coffee shop.Playpark looks new and ideal for kids.The site is extremely well maintained, and a superb location to explore N. WALES.

Very very clean. Top place. Loved it. Sauna steam room jacuzzi and pool amazing. Thank you for such a lovely holiday park . Can't fault it. I would give you ten stars

This place was lovely, first time to wales and i absolutely loved it!! It's very quiet especially at night, that's fine with us though! But if you want lively.. it might not be right for you! The pool and spa were clean and lovely! Staff were great! The food was nice especially on a caravan park not had great experiences food wise before, we only ate there twice but both times were very nice. The view of the lake at the boat house was beautiful. The caravans were lovely, clean, spacious and homely! There was a play ground and other areas for the kids which were lovely too, my only constructive criticism would be they could do with a couple of pool tables, there is just one snooker table and some nights the kids wanted a game but it was being used all night, would have been nice a little game of pool with the kids. Apart from that I had an amazing time and would go back for sure.
