I bought 4 Yokohama advan fleva tires. I asked on the garage what year of manufacture DOT the tires are One employee brought me a tire, showed me that it was from this year 2023 DOT They assured me tyres are from this year. When I got home I noticed that the other 3 are from 3022 DOT, which is over a year old. I'm not happy about it, I was assured that they are from this year, but there is only one. I wrote an official complaint but no one is responding.

Poor service email stated anytime at any ATS depot ? Company van from an international company and told come back next week we can book you in ? Explained situation with tyres and offered registration number but it fell on deaf ears unfortunately not a good service for a what should have been a reputable company

I’d not used this company before but the service I got today was second to none staff friendly and the work done perfectly, thanks to the staff at kingsthorpe depot. Would definitely recommend them and I will be back again.

Bought a Groupon to have my Air Con recharged.Lovely experience from start to finish at this garage.What a lovely bunch of guys who work there.As a woman going alone to a garage, I am always nervous. They were so polite and helpful. Car filled and perfect within the hour.Whilst waiting, I witnessed the guy on reception act professionally, was helpful and politeWill spread the word. Top Garage.

Booked To Have New Tyre Fitted Friday25/8/23 Told They Put A New TBMS Valve On Witch I Was Charged For Only When Got Home And Looked Just New Dust Cap. First And Definitely Very Last Time I Would Ever Go There.

Dropped by on the off-chance of a tyre replacement. Helpful staff had my car on the ramp in 30 minutes and drove away shortly afterwards.

The van was booked in for routine service about 5 or 6 days in advance, i arrived at least 20 minutes early, however I had to leave without the vehicle being looked at because the necessary parts weren't available and a myriad of unhelpful excuses as to why they (parts) would take at least an hour to be delivered.Poor customer service and attention to a reasonable request, I will not be looking to use this branch in the near future.

Booked in for an anti-bac and aircon re-gas. Great service, took a lot of care with my car and also were happy to show me around what they were doing.I'd recommend ATS for this service, felt well looked after from the get go. Cheers!
