Brilliant salon and an amazing experience, went in to have my mums hair done who is in an electric wheelchair, the staff were more than happy to support this and were super helpful/understanding of the situation. I would definitely recommend envy salon.They listened to every detail & done exactly what was wanted, a very happy customer!

Mark has been colouring and cutting my hair for a while and I wouldn’t go to anybody else now. He’s amazing at what he does and the salon has such a nice vibe and friendly atmosphere. Mark is honestly the BEST!! Absolute hair magician ❤️

The salon is nice, hair wash was good.However, that's where the good ends. I said many times I didn't want much taken off the length of my hair, I came out missing about 4 inches.Chloe was really rude - she barely spoke to me for the hour I was there apart from to ask what I wanted at the beginning, and then clearly didn't listen to me! She looked really miserable the whole time I was there, like she didn't want to be there and was clearly really rushing.She didn't dry my hair properly.And the worst thing? Since washing and styling my hair after the cut, I've realised it's very uneven - one side is longer than the other. It is so obvious other people have commented on it. All in all, I would not go back or recommend them to anyone.

Hi, Chloe has been cutting my hair for years. She understands my hair and the way it falls. I literally just wash it and give it a quick blow dry and it always falls beautifully and looks like I’ve just had it styled. (She understands hair!) The only person I would trust to colour my hair is Chloe. I mean have you seen her instagram page!

Lovely salon, first time visiting but second time with my stylist Chloe. Can not recommend Chloe enough, amazingly talent hairdresser and a generally lovely lady. Has all of the time in the world for her clients, could not go anywhere else now.

Chloe has been cutting my hair for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else to cut it it, so much so I'm happy to make the trip down to Envy in Folkstone to get my haircut. She is so experienced, she just knows what my hair needs and always gives me the perfect cut and blow dry for my hair. Highly recommend Chloe, a fabulous hair stylist at Envy.

Had my hair washed, cut and styled by Nikita at Envy, and wow!!! i absolutely adore my new hairstyle :) I has quite a big change in style but she reassured me the whole time and gave me great tips for management. Highly recommend, thank you!

I had my hair cut about 3 months ago by Chloe. I didn’t bother complaining at the time, I just knew I wouldn’t return. Luckily I wear my hair up 90% of the time so the bad cut wasn’t visible to anyone but myself. Chloe called to see if I wouldn’t mind changing my appt time and day, I did this no problem. On the day of my cut, she seemed in such a rush and didn’t seem to want to speak and looked very miserable. My hair wash took longer than the cut which took about 10 minutes. No sectioning it to cut, literally combed each side and cut it across. I have long thick hair. She put it in a messy parting, I said no my parting is a bit on the side, she replied no it’s fine like this. I said I have a few long layers, she said no you won’t need layers if you’re having some length off. I’ve had the same haircut for 20 years so I know what I like. One side was left longer than the other, so visible when I dried it myself and anyone I’ve asked says yes it’s been cut wrong. £45 wasted on the worst haircut !!!
