Ace & Tate

Poor poor customer service. Appointment last week was cancelled with 1 hours notice because optometrist was unwell. Earliest they could move my appointment to was a week later (today), and turned up to the store to be told the optometrist hadn't come into work again and they hadn't even called me...Totally disappointed in this, thought id treat myself as I had never been in before but will definitely not be back or buy anything from them. I went across the street to another optometrist and was seen straight away for an eye appointment, they told me its not the first time people from ace and tate have gone in there instead. Do better next time and get staff that actually turn up to work (especially considering it is the only optometrist working in the Manchester store I was told??).

Had appointment with optician, who explained everything clearly and didn’t make me feel rushed. Then all the people on the sales floor were willing to help without being pushy and were genuinely great in helping me choose frames. Would go again and recommend

An outstanding experience from start to finish. Lucy and Nathan were both amazing in terms of their respective expertise as well as their customer service skills in helping me choose a new pair of glasses following an eye test. The range of glasses was impressive to the extent that I was spoilt for choice! I shall definitely choose Ace & Tate from now on. Thank you for everything.

Nathan at the Manchester store was incredibly helpful and wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure my glasses were perfect. Could not recommend this store enough and the service they provide.

Great, speedy service, and very friendly and helpful. I think the person that served me was called Max. They were great when I was trying on glasses. This may my first time at Ace & Tate and would definitely use them again

My frames broke so I brought them into the shop thinking I’d have to replace them. When I got there, Hass (might be spelling that wrong) fixed them right there in front of me within about three minutes. Incredible service and my glasses are good as new!

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff and was able to get an appointment next day for first thing in the morning which is rare for an opticians in Manchester.Good choice of glasses and sunglasses at reasonable prices

Had an excellent experience today in-store. Appointment was on time and optician was attentive and professional. The store was immaculately presented with a relaxed vibe, which made choosing frames easy and enjoyable. However, the best part was the super friendly and helpful staff - especially Yashmin. Really brilliant team. Managed to get my eyes tested and a new pair of glasses ordered during my lunch break.The decor of the shop also just makes it quite an enjoyable experience - bonus points for having a Zupagraika book to flick through when waiting to be seen!Friendly, efficient, and helpful.
