Premier Inn Sandhurst hotel

A comfortable stay, bedroom big and spacious with everything you need. The bathroom is a little tired. Great location for visiting family. Cooked breakfast the next morning for £9.99.

Rooms comfortable and good value. The service and freshly cooked to order food at breakfast was outstanding, better than many higher priced hotels.

Really professional service and competent staff, made to feel welcome, Really helps when you're staying for months!!

It's rare I rare a premier Inn this low, I'm usually a fan. But have to be honest. We were travelling with our 9 month old baby and requested a cot. To be fair one was provided, but it was more of a play pen than a cot. There was little to no padding on the bottom so was basically just sleeping on the floor.The room also had a bad odour, it smelled damp, almost like it was drying out after a flood - other than that it was clean and tidy as you'd expect, but no air con etc.The location is good for getting out and about, but is near a main traffic light junction which becomes a bit of a racetrack at night so there was the sound of engines and big exhausts into the early hours.did the job for the weekend but I wouldn't stay here again if returning to the area.

A quite clean room with a comfortable bed enabling a great nights sleep. Breakfast was a satisfying full English.

Both rooms and restaurant need refit. Dated bathrooms in the hotel, no air con in rooms which were musty smelling. Housekeeping very good, reception staff very helpful, great breakfast.Beefeater menu limited, all food appears prepared elsewhere and just heated up. Wasn't great. Bathroom in restaurant horrendous. Not at all good service!! The female staff was not at the reception for most of the time!! I have to wait for 30 minutes waiting in the night for checkin as the lady was not there on the desk !! Room had bad smell coming from everywhere!! Flush was not working properly!! Tried complaining the same but no one was at the reception!

Great place to stay, clean, comfy bed , big room and good shower. We had breakfast and evening meal at the adjacent beefeater pub restaurant.

I stayed at the Premier inn in Sandhurst when I was doing the moon walk in london, the lady At reception I think her name was Michelle was so lovely, she was helpful and very supportive of the cause we were walking for, and on our return from the moonwalk she had left us a few small gifts in our room that were so lovely and made us both cry, she is truly a great asset to your hotel as she cares about the people that stay with you and she goes that extra mile to make them feel special, thank you x

Lovely hotel located just where we needed it to be. Room was set up with three beds, which we did not need but this didn't matter. Glasses in room dirty so didn't use. Staff friendly and restaurant nice. Breakfast was great. Fantastic value.
