Took my pup stella to be groomed cant reccomend this place enough Joy and Jess put me at ease as well as putting Stella at easy such a great job and Stella was well happy which is what I wanted so highly recommend excellent service great experience nothing is too much trouble for them xx

DO NOT USE THIS GROOMERSI have a 10 month old Border Terrier who was hand stripped for the first time earlier this year. The person who carried this out did a wonderful job. I was told than he did not mind this one bit. I subsequently moved to Norfolk and he was due to be stripped for the second time. Not knowing anyone in this area I relied on the Goggle reviews on this woman’s web page. I was told that they had done stripping in the past and was looking forward to doing him.I dropped him off and was told to come back 2 hours later. I telephoned after 2 hours and was told that he was not ready yet as he didn’t like being stripped and was biting the groomer. I questioned this as my dog is only a puppy and is very docile and passive and I had never known him to bite. She amended this statement to ‘nipping to show he did not like being stripped’. I was told not to worry as they were giving him a break and would call back when he was ready. They did so another 2 hours later.When I collected him I could see he was severely traumatised. I immediately noticed there was a large bald patch on his back. I was told that the bald patch was already there and she had a witness. I examined my dog and found there were numerous bald patches all over his body. I told the woman she was a liar and she admitted that my dog had been given to an unsupervised apprentice to do. It was clear that they had ripped the hair out of his body hence him nipping the groomer trying to tell her she was hurting him. I have attached before and after photos below.I am terribly upset at how my dog was treated as I thought my dog was in good hands. I never imagined for one moment that he was be given to a person who did not know what they were doing would carry on pulling his hair out regardless of the dog distress.As far as I could see the ‘day borders’ were shut in a small room running about whilst dogs were being groomed. Joy the owner is a liar and tried to blame everyone but herself. I have since made further enquiries regarding this business from various sources and had I known what I know now I would have never taken my dog to these premises.If you are using this business you should be very careful

My Dog's love Day Crèche and can't wait to go through the Stable door to meet and play with all the dogs on the other side !It does them a world of good and tires them out the next day too !

Fantastic Day Care. Wagging Tails has turned my Springer into a social dog. She comes home happy and sleepy. I don't have to worry about her as I know she's happy safe and secure

My partner and I on spare of moment decided it was time to have a dog in our lives again ! .. our dear red lab ‘ Gunner’ is a beauty ! We both work long hours sometimes, but Joy is our saviour ! Caring for our dear boy , when we are not there ! He can’t wait to get in and socialise with friends ! .. can not recommend waggin tails enough !!

We moved to the are area in December and have used waggin tails ever since. Joy can't do enough for our dogs. They love going there for doggy day care and over night when needed. They come home exhausted!! Highly recommended.
