The service was excellent, especially by Charlie who was working for the vendor and his service was very professional. I could see that he did all he could for the vendor, he provided all information needed and was very friendly and extremely professional a definite asset to the company.

Another property transaction through Stoneridge and as expected the same professional service. We have always used their Clacton on Sea branch in the past although can now say having dealt with the Brightlingsea team the service was impeccable. Very happy and will use should we move again!

Anne is very helpful and knows the area really well which is a real bonus when dealing with estate agents. Normally they answer a question with I'm not sure about that" which actually means "I've no idea coz I haven't looked at the file""

Very pleased with the highly professional service selling our properties. Barry and the team are responsive and readily available to help and advise, regularly updating us on progress with the sales. We had many of the usual hiccups along the way but Barry was never complacent and kept up the pace to keep everything on track. Would highly recommend.
