Worst experience of customer service I have ever received. I am being continually ignored or fed automate, generic responses. Their website states:1. We are doing our best to reply to customers - NOPE.2. If any changes to your holiday occur they will contact you - NOPE.3. Attempted to call - sounds like the receiver has been left off the hook.I have sent tweets, emails, Facebook messages, Instagram messages, called over 101 times and had NO ONE reply to me despite our flights being removed from our bookings and being told ONLY by OTHER CUSTOMERS on twitter why this has happened/reading it on another website as their website.They have 3k of our money, we also have park tickets, parking etc and are being completely blanked. I will not book with this company again. Will not recommend them to ANYONE given this experience. I am beyond enraged at this point and a simple reply and update would of been enough for me, we are in the dark.I appreciate the poor customer service team are only following orders but at this stage this cannot be blamed on the current crisis, this is extremely poor management as other companies have managed to deal with the exact same issues in a professional, prompt and courteous manner.

Excellent service, helpful staff. Kids kept busy with model seat at rear plus cookies and drink! Glasgow prices tend to be high. New cruises only for adults disappointing.

Visited to get a quote for a holiday for my wife's 60th birthday. The Travel Consultant (Andrew) was very thorough and helpful in putting together a quote. Although we have not booked the holiday with Virgin Holidays, I certainly would consider consulting them again. We have went Virgin Holidays in the past, for my 50th birthday to South Africa, and it was a fabulous experience.

If I could give less than 1 star I would have..Virgin Holidays during this extremely worrying time have not acted in anyway to honour their terms and conditions and only added to the stress. I can guarantee if somehow I was in breach, Virgin Holidays would be quoting T&C's left right and centre in a bid to get the monies due to them, but as it is I have no family holiday, they have a full balance and are holding onto all the money with zero communication with me. Very poor customer service even when taking the situation into consideration.

If you go into breahead store wearing jeans and trainers don't expect anything but disrespectful unprofessional behaviour. Go with a different company!!

Went into braehead Virgin with my daughter's to see details on her holiday. We were treated so well and felt nothing was too much trouble from all 3 ladies tonight. Thank you ladies and to Andrew who my daughter spoke to last night. Look forward to booking with yourself soon..

Today we booked our family holiday to Orlando we where served by Jaqueline who was very friendly and got us the best deal possible. This store has went over and above to help us make this booking we are so glad we have chosen Virgin as our tour operator. The Braehead store will be highly recommended to our friends and family.

Not the best place for a travel agent in the back area of nextFor the prices that virgin command they should still be in there own shopI had a voucher from just as pandemic hit two rtns upgraded to premium my local to OrlandoThe flight now without the premium and not getting direct from my city has more than doubledas will most probably be my last visit to U.S so I just booked itI will say definitely shop around and if you can hack economy that would be the way to goSorry Sir Ritchard your airline is a rip off
