Direct Wood Flooring
Had a great overall experience with DWF. Gavin assisted in finding the right flooring. He was really nice, knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. He recommended Martin the fitter. Anna was really helpful organising it especially when we needed to rearrange. Martin (a master craftsman) did a superb job fitting our herringbone floor and we are extremely pleased with it. From start to finish Dan was a legend, helping us understand the benefits of all of the possible flooring options for our new house and allowing us to make a great choice that works for us and our messy dog! DWF Stockport and Gavin in particular provided an excellent service in helping us to choose the right wooden floor. The service was professional and well informed - without being pushy. The shop had an extensive range of floors to choose from. An excellent retail experience which we would highly recommend.

Lee was super helpful when we visited in store and ran through several options. Lee helped us select the underlay and amounts we needed and explained the options we had after ordering. Gavin was also very helpful when we called. Looking forward for our flooring arriving and being installed over the next few months!

Fantastic service from DWF and fitting by Martin and Anna. Cannot recommend Martin & Anna more for fitting, quality work and very fast and very efficient. Installed LVT flooring click system boards, made it look easy!

Great service from experienced fitter Martin and good fast communication throughout from his partner Anna. Engineered wood floor in the living room fitted and door/architrave trimmed all in 4 hours. Happy with the result. Reasonable price. Will definitely use them again, highly recommend them.

Just purchased our oak flooring from Direct Wood Flooring great customer service from their Stockport branch.The reason for the 5 stars on the review is for the fantastic guy that fitted the floor, Martin from Floor Martin was fantastic his attention to detail was brilliant we are extremely happy with the floor and skirting boards.Also Martin’s wife Anna who booked our fitting who was extremely professional. Anyone have a floor fitted I would not hesitate to use Floor Martin
