First class service from all. But a big thank you to Gavin who was most helpful and very patient. We were given a demonstration that was very thorough. After this we were left alone to listen to the item enabling us to make the right decision. This most professional approach of course lead to a sale. All this goes towards making a business that is on top of it's 'game'. One of the best ways to judge a business is how it deals with a problem. We had a problem with our purchase and called Gavin for his help. He was most polite and onto the matter very quickly. Bought a RP6 turntable with a Dynavector MC cartridge.I am really pleased with the expertise and patience from the staff especially Andy who spent time with me.l also bought a Flix sonic needle cleaner.When I arrived home there was no liguid in the bottle.When I informed the staff about this it was sorted out very quickly.Very impressed.

Brilliant shop this - nothing is too much trouble, professional friendly staff and advice without any pressure or hard selling. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a visit, particular thanks to Ian and apologies for dithering so much over the choice of speakers, got there in the end !

Talk about above and beyond .These guys sorted a problem out with a sub that was just out of warranty .They went well out of their way for me . Fantastic service .Thank you !I have my eye on a the Musical Fidelity amp so I will be in when the wife gives it the green light ! Lol

High End Audio Shop. Small but friendly with a Audition Suite. But wise to book an audition in advance. I visited to just browse but was still made welcome. Friendly staff I recommend a visit.
