The Willows Care Home

I Worked in this horrendous place. There is no compassion. The management do not care. you are not allowed to bother them through the night if there is a problem.None of the residents ever had enough to eat and drink. i worked there twice with agency and was so upset i never returned. reported!

Wonderful place to work, the staff work as a family and treat the residents with dignity and respect

My grandmother lives here and really enjoys it. The new renovations bring a new life to the place as well. I would recommend their exceptional services and care home to anyone.

I have visited the willows on numerous occasions. .The staff and management are very approachable. .residents always happy and lots of activities. Food is first class.

Not a nice place. More like a prison

Truly a great place to live and work

This place is an utter disgrace. My granddad was a patient here and the amount of shenanigans that go on in this place is disgraceful. The way the staff talk to the elderly people is horrible to hear and witness, also you had staff speak openly about leaving as they didn't like the new owners or manager or the way they are now running things.The whole place is run down and shabby, patients look neglected, are in dirty clothes and look like they haven't had a bath or shower in weeks. The food is disgraceful and looks like something that I wouldnt give to my dog. there is also little choice and they have the same things to eat on a weekly basis that is repeated monthly. When visiting my granddad there was always medication on the floor that staff had either dropped or patients had spat out, this was always left on the floor and not picked up.All in all please do not send your family members here. I'm so glad that my granddad was moved out of this horrible place and is now thriving in a much nicer care home where the staff and management all work together to create a lovely place for their patients to live.Come on Coventry City Council shut this place down!!!....

The home is mediocre and shabby looking inside and out, seriously needs a deep clean, A more organized laundry schedule, redecorating/rejuvenation/upgrade, and better furniture/storage for residents. Wouldn't send my elderly loved ones to live here....
